Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and eu news express community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
